Long time, one at a time, and never

It takes a long time to upload each video individually (no "select all"). After uploading from the IPhone 5, the IPad (retina display) continues to say "loading" but the videos never appear. Multiple "clear cache," shutdowns, and restarts, but still no luck sharing the videos from the two devices.

I want my dollar back.
